I had a great stay at this place! The location was perfect for my needs, as it was within the Excel area so I didn't have to travel far. The staff were so hospitable and provided an excellent room service. The room itself was very well-equipped and had everything I needed, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi. The terrace was also a great addition.
I had a wonderful time at this venue. The leisure facilities were a great bonus, especially the indoor swimming pool and sauna - perfect for relaxing after a long day.

Spacious and modern rooms with a large screen TV and built-in Chromecast. The hotel is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the train station, saving a lot of hassle. The added bonus of a swimming pool and steam room was a nice extra for a stay in the city.
The new staff at the front desk seemed rude and provided different levels of service based on appearance. The prices of drinks at the hotel bar were exorbitant, with a pint of beer costing £6.90.

The hotel was modern, clean, and had a gorgeous view. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering great tips on getting around. The pool facilities were fantastic, staying open late was a plus. The breakfast had a wide variety of tasty options to suit everyone's needs.

The hotel is conveniently located near Prince Regent DLR train station, making it easy to explore the area. We had a delicious meal at a nearby restaurant for a reasonable price. The hotel is also close to a DLR stop, which was convenient for getting around. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options to start the day.
The reception desk seemed understaffed, which led to longer wait times for assistance.

The bed at Aloft London Excel was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The breakfast options were diverse and delicious, providing plenty of choices to start the day. The customer service I received was excellent, as they were really nice by upgrading my room without any extra charge.
Despite a minor issue with the first night's dinner, the staff handled it promptly and resolved the issue satisfactorily.
